75 Hard, Day 6 of 75

Starting out my way

If your on my newsletter email list you know that I started 75 Hard on 1/10/2025, I find out that the second Friday of January was the unofficial “quitters day” which means for most of us we would have quit our resolutions by this day, so I decided to use this day to start getting my life back on track.

Rules for 75 Hard

Chose a diet, no alcohol and no cheat meals.

  • Work out 2xs a day for 45 min each day and one of the workouts must be outside.
  • Drink a gallon of water a day.
  • Read 10 pages of a self development book or non-fiction
  • Take daily progress pictures

How’s it going

I am currently on  day 6 of 75 hard and so far I am enjoying it. I am tired which makes sense since part of my diet, I have reduced my added sugar intake to no more than 25g a day.  So I have been experiencing detox symptoms. I was nervous to start this program because I thought it was gonna be very regimented from the food to the workouts, but being able to be flexible makes it very approachable, and 80/20 for me works best.

Why did I start

Now you may be asking why I decided to do 75 Hard, I realized I needed to shake shit up in my life especially with creating a transformation not just physically but mentally as well.  The other part I realized is that with how business is changing, I have to become the face of my business.

I have been running from being the face of my business since inception but the more I sat still and spoke with God I feel I can no longer play the back or small, in really growing and serving my community through my business. I realize I need to not just show people how to add juices, smoothies and plant based foods into their daily life, I  must show them how to keep going even after they reach their goals. This means I must start with myself, become my own customer and share my journey not just recipes. So I felt the 75 Hard would work for my goals. I will keep you all posted as I continue on and if you have any questions that I can answer please let me know.  If you have done 75 Hard please share any tips, tricks or even workouts or meals that you found to help.
